      I placed an order, #****** with Classic USA Parts for ******** parts on May 27, 2022 for $955.19 I have emailed ****@classicusaparts.com on 6/6, 8/16 8/29 about the status of my order with backorderd and shipping information with no responses. I also called their number ************** on 6/28, 8/12, 8/29, 8/30, 9/2, 9/9, and 9/12. In August was told via phone items would be shipping in early/mid August and other items would be ship drop shipped in a week or so from another manufacturer. Nothing has been shipped as 9/13/22. I call and am told they will look into it, then call me back or email. It never happens. I was told last week Mike was to contact me about used items that I have ordered that were questionable. I have yet to receive that email, or any other status updates on any items. At this time I am frustrated and tired of not getting any answers to my questions. At this point due to lack of any type of customer service after receiving payment, I would like a complete refund. I have also reported this sale to my bank so they can begin the process of trying to refund my money. Attached are several screenshots showing my attempts to reach out multiple times.

      On the evening of Wednesday May 4th, I sent an order using the website ****************************. I needed a Radiator and a heater core, using an old catalog entered the price of $489.94 and a heater core $89.86. Again, these are the prices listed in an old catalog. The next day Thursday May 5th I got a call from a company called Classic USA parts. They talked to me about the updated prices. I was told that the radiator was priced $634, and the heater core was $132.14 adding to a total of 766.14. I received the heater core on the afternoon of Friday May 13th; however, the radiator was not included. At first, I thought that the radiator was shipped at a later date than the heater core, so I waited. After about 2 weeks of waiting, I called the company, they told me that the radiator was in production and needed to be patient, so again I waited. This went on for about three months, me calling them and repeatedly being told that the radiator was still in production or something else. Then on Monday August 8th I called the company again and they finally told me that they were not going to complete my order due to an increase in price of the radiator. I asked them what the new price was, and they told me that it cost $1,018. I was shocked and thought the price was completely way overpriced. I was then asked if I wanted to pay the difference in order to equal the total of $1,018 or do I want a refund, I requested the refund. I knew that refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to complete. I checked my account on Thursday August 11th and it had not shown up on my bank statement. I waited until the following Thursday August 19th to check my account which showed me that the refund was still not in my account. I started to get concerned and called the company the next day on August 20th. They told me that it would be done by the end of the day but, would take 3 to 5 days to show up on my account. This has been going on weeks and still no refund. It has now been 5 weeks.
