Petti pest control was hired to come out access a problem with bugs and exterminate them. They came out inspected the situation and sprayed the house. Whatever they used did not work so they sprayed again which did not work. They then charged ******* for a service that did nothing! For a couple of elderly folks in their 70's and 80's living on social security.. this is money that we really dont have to spend but did to get rid of the bugs. Now we are out 1300 to an exterminator who did nothing. i am not sure how crooked companies like this take advantage of the elderly and stay in business. We now have to find money to hire someone who will actually do the job they were hired to.

This review should not be posted to our accountant. The ************************* has been involved and we have done everything correctly. We have documentation of everything we have done and have irradicated the issue we originally went out for. We have been to this customers house 5 times. This customer is claiming they still have the issue with bugs crawling out of their skin/eyes. please reach out if there is anything we can do or information we can provide to not have this on our BBB ranking/site.
