  If I could leave no stars I would. I had a roof installed in February 2022 by Titan Roofing. When they arrived there wasn't a single English Speaking member on the crew so it was impossible to communicate. While working on the roof, they covered the exhaust over my gas furnace which resulted in the fumes and smoke coating the whole interior of the house. I had to open every window and door in the house to get rid of the fumes. Almost 2 years later we noticed to massive leaks that were not previously there. Titan responded approximately 2 days later and blamed Ice Dams. I had an inspector come out and look at the roof. Titan had tried to cover all their mistakes with Caulking and had not informed me about why it was leaking, still blaming ice dams. The Inspector had pointed out every mistake that was the direct cause of their work. It's easy to lay shingles, the test of real roofers is what you do around the exhaust, chimneys, etc. Upon discovering all of this and the leaking over time, it has resulted in mold growth under the sheathing. I had Contacted James S******, the owner of the company multiple times to resolve the issue. He claims that the house isn't worth the cost of what I am requesting for Interior damages as well as the mold removal and the cost of the roof. Yet, he charged me more than what he evaluated that the house was worth in his opinion. Just goes to show that he hires out to have his work done because I can confidently say after speaking with him several times that he knows nothing about the trade he is in. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!
  They do not honor their work and the owners word is no good.

  They always say that there are two sides to every story. This guy is a con artist who tries to extort people. First off we have never heard of the furnace issue. In, fact we have time and date stamped pictures of the furnace stack, that is still in tact to this date. He actually has people living in a house that doesn't even have a stink pipe vented out of the trailer. When we arrived and entered the home we smelled the sewer gas. He"*****" insulated the attic and ran insulation from side to side without any gaps for the roof to breathe. This is what caused his ice damming, which cause his backup into his old kitchen vent which he would not let us change out during installation. We went out in February when the issue was brought to us on a Sunday and shoveled off the foot plus of snow. I personally was there doing this. Upon investigation we found the problems, which are mentioned above. He then tried accussing us of mold in the garbage infested trailer, which has no kitchen exhaust fan hooked up, no bathroom fan vented anywhere other than the attic, and no stink pipe vented anywhere bit into the attic. But of course that is our fault that there is mold. ***** called me and said he would not turn anything into the insurance or wouldn't take us to court if I paid him $16k. This is where I did say that the trailer was worth $7k. Once again I have pictures. Then, he went and turned it into my insurance and they came back with a $4k offer to settle just to appease him after their investigation. ***** being the extortionist that he is says he want $10k or we are going to court. So here we are with bashing us to try to extort money.
