    I called Dixon and Kee to have my HVAC looked at to figure out why my AC wasn't working as well as have the check my coolant. They came to my home on 4/25/25 and noticed that a switch in the unit had flipped off. They flipped it back on and left never calling me to inform me what caused it not did the check my coolant. When Scott called the 28th for the payment, I payed him but complained cause my AC coolant wasn't checked nor did I have answers. Also, I informed him it wasn't cooling. We waited for the weather to get warmer. After it was hotter out I called and he set an appt to come look at it again.( 6/13/25) When he showed up, he flipped the switch on again, turned on the thermostat and pointed out something sitting on one vent. It was only there the past few weeks while AC was broke. He still didn't look into what was flipping the switch nor check my coolant like I asked again. I have paid 143.10 for a diagnostic appt for up to 2hrs. They were at my home for 5 minutes max both times. I still do not know what is wrong with it. I want the service I paid for or my money back so I can pay someone who will do the job correctly.

    Contacted kee&dixon hvac to come out to my house to check my heat pump in march ,found a broken line on unit .they came back and replaced a valve on the heat pump unit and charged it with Freon ,it worked as it was supposed to .about 3 days later the heat side of the unit started cycling excessively,I contacted Scott with dixon&kee he came out and checked it and said the new valve was bad and would be replaced under warranty,so here it is June and Scott told me he would be up to fix it around the middle of May . I can get no response from them
