    I bought, had financed, a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander, July 20, 2024. I drive 13 miles from the dealership the service light came on for about 10 minutes, the tire sensor came on, the information/radio, voice recognition doesn't work, there is mold in the vent system, cabin air filter and the 10 years, 150,000- mile powertrain warranty I did not receive as advertised. I called the finance company that the vehicle was supposedly financed through, and they never heard of my name or nor do I have an account number. The 2020 Mitsubishi outlander is in the shop and not in my possession. It was not sold to as is. I want the dealer to buy the Mitsubishi back. I never have returned a vehicle, but I will this 2020 Mitsubishi. At this point I just want the dealer to buy it back.

    On the morning of July 22, 2024, the customer arrived at our location and expressed concerns over the vehicle she had purchased two days prior. This was my first time meeting with the customer since I did not actively participate in her purchase. She stated that she was not promised a second key but would like one, the tire pressure monitoring system was indicating that there was an issue, and the touch screen was unresponsive. This vehicle had a used car inspection performed before being made available for purchase. I informed her that we had installed brand new tire sensors on her vehicle, along with a number of other maintenance repairs (tires, brakes, rotors, oil change, and a new battery) and that I would simply have her go back to our Mitsubishi Service Center and correct these issues. I have spoken with the Service Advisor regarding these repairs and gave the ok to perform the work. It was my understanding that the customer would be satisfied with this decision.
