    Their vending machine at ******** ****** ********** health located at 3 mile curb takes ppls money without providing any product. The lady at the desk inside said it has been that way for a long time. Said it wasn't theirs and they have told the owner of this issue. Owner states it works fine. I would like a refund of the money I placed into this machine on 10/24/2024. It takes your money and goes through the cycle and nothing comes out. Isn't there supposed to be something that states it's empty and refunds your money like all other vending machines. Dummy me for trying it twice thinking maybe it was just a glitch but it took my money 2 times without dispensing anything. Tried calling the number listed and nobody answered i left a voicemail ************. I mean to them its just probably a couple dollars. But it is wrong and theft to offer a service and take peoples money without providing any product. They need to correct the issue. I'd like a refund of my $4 and would like to see them fix or replace the machine so other won't be duped into loosing money. To verify this call ******** ****** ********** health ************

    This individual called our office during a time when no one was there to take the call.  He did not leave any information to allow us the opportunity to refund his money.  He did not leave his name, number, or any  information other than he lost his money in a machine.  Our company has hundreds of vending machines in the area and we had no way of knowing which one he was referring to.  We take this very seriously and in no way want to cheat any of our customers.  We do not recall any complaints from this location stating there is ongoing problems with this vending machine.  We always make every effort possible to repair any problematic machines.

    We will give this individual a call on Monday morning to offer a refund of his lost money. We will also make a call to ******** ****** ********** Health to determine if there is a recurring problem with this machine.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    The owned did.call.me.amd.told.me.he was issuing me a refund amd.was putting a check.in the mail.but I have not recieved it and it's been almost a week and I have not received the agreed upon resolution.
