      *****************************, owner of daycare facility initially stated my daughter who turned 12 months on 1/4 was not able to continue receiving pumped breastmilk. I questioned this. She stayed it was a USDA policy. Contacted food & nutrition, it is not their policy. After questioning ******* and advocating for my baby she began requesting pick up for fever/diarrhea although my child showed no symptoms with me (1/11,1/17). She was not able to return for 24 hours. This meant I had to leave work early and take off a day without pay, but pay her. On 1/18/23 she told me the last day of care would be 1/20/23 via a message in *******. I was never given any formal reason or letter. Her contract discusses a 2 week notice. ******* has in my opinion acted out of retaliation to my child and family. I was cooperative with communicating sickness, early pick up per her request, and her closings. She said she had a lawyer reviewing a letter, but I have yet to receive it. I cant imagine a parent or guardian breaching contract and there being no consequence. On 1/7/23 she told me my child couldnt return for 24 hours due to having immunizations which is not highlighted in her contract.
