Went on June 2nd, 2025 and did a walk thru, the previous renters had moved and the place still had their trash and mattresses on the property. Have pictures from the first walk thru. And then went again on June 6th and did another walk thru, and there was still trash, paint cans and other stuff still in the property. Was told the place had a shared well system, no washer or dryers were allowed, and their was a bee nest in the back bedroom that was taken out, plus the flooring in the small bedroom was very weak, and they supposedly had replaced it. Also paid the ***** for my boyfriend and myself background check, didn't know it was also a credit check. We know we don't have perfect credit, but it's from things that happened to me a year ago, and from my boyfriend's past too. Was told a 550 credit score was the lowest they would take without paying $2200.00 dollars or have a consigner. I mean we were renting a place, but it got flooded on May 31st, and we had to move, or we would still be there. And my boyfriend called today and they are redoing walkins to look at the property, because it sounded like we weren't interested. They tried calling me yesterday, but I was at work and didn't even get a message, they also had my boyfriend's phone number on the application too. So we are out of ***** and another report on our credit.
