    I heard rumors that they were overcharged you and a dollar down is just a scam yeah I believe it because I was hit for the full price one week after I joined for one dollar down my bill wasnt due isnt due until the 17th of the following month well last night I was hit with my yearly membership also but I have my card off I called the local planet fitness because the note wasnt left on my account. The person who was working with me on it forgot to leave a note and hes been wonderful. ***** needs a raise so I called the local planet fitness spoke to ****. She was very argument of the bad reviews about her were right. She wanted to argue against what I have in front of me which is screenshots of my bank account being hit for the yearly membership. Ill remind you. I just joined April 5 and to be hit with all this and its only 22 April. If this isnt shady I dont know what it is and **** needs to get better customer service skills. I read the reviews before joining, and a lot of the reviews were speaking poorly of this chick. Yeah I have my experience over the phone. She was very argumentative and rude. Shes a poor representation for planet fitness she basically said that her coworker didnt know what he was doing and she argued with me that thats not the amount that was tried to be taken out my account that I actually have this months bill due for $24 lol when I joined for one dollar down this month, I read the paperwork
