We purchased a home built brand new we started having this black smoke coming off in the house and electrical issues. They did fix the two back bedroom electrical issues but my microwave cannot be used because it always kicks off the power the basement had to be replaced half of the concrete because of the cracks the crack still isnt being addressed and because they failed to continue to fine Out why the electric keeps popping off the flash straight it and dont want to do it more. They feel because it doesnt kick off when theyre here at that moment everything is OK but also told me because of water being ***** do a diffusion calls all of this black suit in my house very impossible because weve only been living in the house actually 10 months weve owned it for a year and we didnt start having this problem until they had to tear up all of that concrete with Hammerjacks and saw creating All kinds of dust and debris going into all of the bin and leading service so when we did have to use our heat it created a nasty black film to the home so they do not want to re-do the repairs correctly and I feel that being a brand new home I shouldnt have to have all of these critical concerns I am not the only home owner on my block that has had serious concerns with things breaking and not being a bill properly to call so many issues. my white living room is no longer white it looks like a gray living room I have it all in my windowsills all the walls all in the bathroom they even had knowledged it and came and had to paint one bedroom not once but twice but now they dont want to hold the responsibility saying that it was due to one of their mistakes .. our house wasnt properly arm protected from where they had to do all of the repairs causing of this black suit in the air. We tried having the engineering department be a mediator and seems like everybody wants to be on the same page. And want us to say that its awful because all of these things are happening a new build
