    Exceptional service provided by technicians **** **** and ******* *********. Upon multiple visits to our home, they were both very polite, professional, and extremely knowlegable! They were able to identify and resolve the issue with our heating/air unit in a reasonable timeframe. I would highly recommend either of these technicians and J&J **************************** as it is apparent they care 100% about customer satisfaction and stand behind their products. I would suggest taking advantage of a maintenance plan, as that is how we identified we had an issue! Thank you!!
