      I left the company in good standing earlier this year after spending 7 years with them. Out of the blue, I walk in because I am still friends with some workers and I am also still a customer there. I am then told that I have been banned. I have reached out to old managers for explanation as I have done nothing wrong with no answers or explanation. My service is still through ******* and now I am all of a sudden not allowed to conduct business for no apparent reason. I wish for an explanation because I feel like I am being discriminated against as a past employee when I was a model employee.

      My wife and I upgraded and traded our phones back in May 2023. We were told we would get a $1600 rebate ($800 for each phone). Per Manager Charlotte ****** from the Wireless Zone Clarksburg-WZ776 ******* Retailer Store, there was a glitch and we didn't get our rebates. Initially, we were overcharged on our last 4 bills due to this. Manager Charlotte ****** informed us that she had problems with the promos attaching and she had several that didn't process correctly or "stick." My wife has been working with both the Wireless Zone ******* Retailer Store-WZ776 and ******* through phone calls, emails, texts, and store visits to see the Manager, District Manager (James ******), etc to get this fixed. ******* has stated that the store were the phones were traded (Wireless Zone WZ776) needs to fix this issue, however, to date, this is not resolved. The two phones were traded in good faith and we have not received the agreed upon promo rebates, specifically, $1600 for 2 phones and the appropriate credits for the overpayments since May. Both Wireless Zone WZ776 and ******* have avoided keeping their end of this deal and have cheated us out of $900 in promo rebates and overcharged us since May 2023 in the amount of $125, totaling over $1025. Not to mention, ******* has our phones that were traded in good faith. This is fraud since they now have my 2 phones and expect me to pay unagreed amounts for theirs. This is unacceptable and a poor way to treat customers. Since I can’t get my original phones back, I want ******* to unlock the ******* *** ***** phones. (See attachment for timeline/outline of events, chats, etc.)
