    On 2/8/24 we had our eye exams, ordered glasses and paid in full $983.00 for glasses. We have since tried twice to have glasses corrected and they still aren't right. We have been calling for 2 weeks now after returning incorrect glasses requesting a callback and refund without a callback. We have contacted insurance to see about going to get glasses elsewhere and can't until a reinstatement of benefits is issued, which I asked for as well when we returned incorrect glasses. We were told they do not do refunds but the financial burden it will place on us to purchase glasses elsewhere at full price as these glasses are worthless to us as they are after sending them back twice, as well as not getting a returned call we would respectfully just like a refund.

    To whom it may concern:

    Patients *** and **** ********* came in to our office for a annual eye health exam and ordered prescription glasses on 2/08/2024. They returned to our clinic about a month later and we then made some adjustments to the glasses and had them remade. After the second set of lenses the patient was not satisfied therefore we did issue a full refund for both pairs of glasses to the patient and the check was mailed out within 2 weeks of the requested refund. Our eyewear policy states that we will remake the glasses at no cost until the patient is satisfied but that we can not return/refund custom made lenses fit specifically for the patient, however we did make an exception in this case and decided to refund the glasses in full in the amount of $883.00. The exam services were still rendered and will not be refunded. I have attached the receipts showing the return of products and the office policies as well that were agreed to and signed.
