    My husband went to Morgantown Dental on September 22nd 2022 for consult about having teeth extractions and implants. They did X-rays and I provided my dental insurance information at that time. My husband decided to get the implants. We received a phone call from Andrea ****** the Implant Treatment Coordinator on 10/19/2022 and said we needed to pay 1980.00 at this time to proceed with appointments and to have implants in December. Since that time my husband was hospitalized and seriously ill on October 30th. I called shortly after that to cancel his November impression visit due to illness and Andrea expressed that she understood. Since that time he has been hospitalized approximately 7 times. He now has a permanent urinary catheter, has had 3 paracentesis removing 10.6 liters of abdominal fluid the first time on April 6th and then 5Liters again on May 15th while hospitalized at **** ******** Hospital and another 5 liters a week and a half later. He had a heart echo while at **** and determined his heart function has dropped. I contacted Morgantown dental at beginning of august to ask for a refund of my deposit since we were not going to be able to proceed with implants. I spoke with a receptionist then and she said she would have someone call me which did not happen. I tried to call again August 28th and left message and my husband called while in hospital on September 1st and also left message. I sent a certified letter to them on September 18th and was just returned to me last week where noone accepted it. I gave them money for a service they did not provide and am asking for your help to resolve this. Thank You, **** *** **** *******
