Our internet went out in January for a few weeks, I was able to finally get ahold of someone through email and they resolved the problem. Now our internet is out again since the 1st of Febuary and I have emailed several times, called the number that is no longer in service and contacted them through ********. I can not get ahold of anyone and no one will get back to me. We need our internet, my son has to do school work on his school labtop that has to be connected and I also do some work from home that I can't do without internet. I just woukd like for someone to get back to me so we can figure out the problem and get it fixed. This is ridiculous that you can't get ahold of anyone through phone number or email or any other way. Also I paid for the month if Febuary and March. Haven't been able to use the internet at all in February and afraid Marxh will be the same.

I called to cancel my service with Clearfiber two months ago and recently swtiched to a new internet service provider (**********). I also messaged Clearfiber through their social media and have emailed their support to have my accoutn with them terminated. Today, January 1, I received a bill from them for charges this this month and the previous month, after I already asked them to cancel service. There is NO way to get ahold of this company to cancel service, and I am not payingfor something I already asked to be canceled in all ways I could think of. They do not have a physical office. I am mailing a cancel request againt o their PO box listed on their bill today as well.

On 8/22/2024 I switched internet providers and stopped using Clear Fiber. I have been attempting to contact Clear Fiber for by phone, email and with letters to their PO listed on their website. However, they are continuing to send me bills via email. Please see attached documentation. We would like them to honor my cancellation and cease any further communication.

From January 2024 thru September 2024, I used ClearFiber for Internet Services. They deducted (20) transactions of $69 from my bank account during my nine months of service. My agreement with them was for $69/month, therefore they fraudulent deducted (11) extra payments of $69 for a total of $759 in overpayment. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email, and the operator said that their billing department would contact me. But I received zero call-backs or email responses from them. For the past 10 days, their phone system does not work in connecting me to a representative. Additionally, I can not find a physical address for an office for them. The address on the Secretary of State website is not a valid address for them, and an Internet search did not reveal a valid address either. I am seeking restitution of $759

I want to terminate my services with Clearfiber; however, upon repeated emails and phone calls, I am unable to connect with a person. Every phone call (called ************ and ************) allows a customer to select a number for the appropriate department, but with each attempt of every single option for departments, the automated operator says the number is no longer in service. The main menu lists text message customer service as an option, but when texted, the response states that service no longer exists. I have also received billing statements that did not reflect what I owed and I have asked for payment confirmation statements via phone call and email and have never received any to prove that I do not have a balance on my account. I have their router/modem and am unsure if they need it back. I want to cancel my services with them, but I have not reached anyone to do so and I worry they may keep charging me if I don't get some formal confirmation of my services being cancelled and I believe they overcharged me before.

Clear fiber took out of my account 3 times without my consent in June 2024, I don’t even have automatic payments set up so I don’t know how that could happen. I reached out over ten times via text , phone, and email with no response. Because they took payments in June I did not pay July and August, I then received a bill for 3 months. I never received a refund. This is not the first time this has happened. I want to cancel and for them to rectify the bill But you cannot reach anyone. There is no way to cancel the service.

I have been a customer of ClearFiber for over 4 years with only one issue a few years ago when they billed me multiple times in a month. That was resolved with a phone call. However, my credit card was charged on 3/27/24 and then again on 4/1/24. When I called, the answering service told me they would rely the message that I wanted a credit (i.e. I would not be charged the next month). When I was charged again the next month, I was unable to get ahold of a real person. This was in April 2024. After trying unsuccessfully to contact the company via text, 800 and local number, I canceled my credit card seeing no other option. I continued to try and contact them but the local number hangs up as soon as I choose either billing or tech support. The 800 number is now a scam in that they offer a $100 gift card for $1.99 (or something like that) - I never pressed "1", just hung up. The problem is, I want to pay my final bill as I have obtained a new internet service, and I'd like to give them the modem back. But I can't get anyone on the line and there is no way I'm putting in my new credit card number. I don't want this to affect my credit score and I want them to quit billing me for service that I no longer receive. Is there any steps I should take? Thank you.

The business is Clearfiber internet fiber services. For the past 5-6 months roughly around April I have been trying to get in contact with anyone that works there. The number listed no says no longer in service ************ goes through all prompts and when you click any it ring then disconnects. The ************* is an instant congratulations you’ve won a ******* gift card. I was getting more and more internet issues as of late and due to working from home I had to switch however I am unable to get my account disconnected due to not being able to reach anyone that works there. I have also email and texted their number with no responses. I am still getting automated billed sent to me stating I owe them for the past two months. When I was able to contact someone in June I asked for their physical address to go to the store to handle a disconnect, however every place I was given was false and the last place they said was their location was actually a *** store. Through the grapevine and other customers they have been having issues and the owner was just recently convicted for fraud with the business. I am just trying to reach out to see if any help can be offered so I quit receiving bills from them because I have been trying to disconnect with the company for sometime now and just unable to reach a contact. I am providing pictures of statements I still receive, my attempts to reach them via text, and my email attempt.

I have cancelled my ClearFiber Internet Service as they were not following their billable contract. I have cancelled my service 4-5 times, each time with a confirmation that it was cancelled on April 3, 2024 by phone and June 3, 2024 through email with ClearFiber confirming on both accounts. Today (August 1, 2024) they have sent me another bill with additional charges. I am trying to get ClearFiber to stop billing me for a service that has been cancelled multiple times and for them to collect their equipment.

ClearFiber is an internet service provider. I owe them $52.95 per month for internet service, but they have been overcharging me consistently for a few months: they have charged me $52.95 three times (so far) in July, four times in June, twice in April, three times in March, and three times in February. Taken together, that's 9 more payments than I owed--$476.55 in total overcharges. I texted ClearFiber's support number about the issue on June 20th. They never responded. I then emailed their support address on June 23rd. They replied that day that "We will issue refunds." But no refunds have been issued. I have since emailed them several further times, with no response. I have also tried to call their billing department several times--the call is always ended before anybody every picks up the line. Most recently, I called their customer support extension, and a robot voice informed me that the number is "not currently in service". I have disputed the charges through my credit card company, *****. I would like ClearFiber to cancel my autopay and refund my account.
