    We have been fighting since March 2024 to get this done. He keeps promising to finish it now will not answer texts or calls. Just want it resolved . My daughter deserves better than this.

    Attached are photos showing the completion of that project. We have been in contact with her throughout the completion, and sent her the same photos. She was very pleased with the outcome. In fact, we also paid to have flowers placed in the vase that we attached to the stone, placed mulch all around, and completely redressed the site. If need be, I can try to find text messages with her showing the same, and her stating that the stone was beautiful, and done to her complete satisfaction.   She was also refunded $1,500.00. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me.

    I bought a headstone from this facility 3 months after it was put in the ground it cracked i have been almost 3 years trying to get it replaced and he still has not replaced my headstone for my daughter. The headstone is never suppose to crack he got tne replacement granite for free back in Jan of 2022and my daughters headstone is still not completed .

    Regarding this complaint, the complainant filed this against our funeral home for a monument that she purchased. However, that monument was not purchased through our funeral home. We have a separate monument company, Etched in Stone Monument Design. 

    Now, we do not deny that there have been issues in rectifying this situation, but we have been working very closely with the family over the last week to get this resolved , and , in fact, a new stone will be provided to them in the very near future.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I* ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    the company promised to have a sketch by Monday March 18 2024 still no sketch it is March 25 2024.still putting me off this has been a 3 year complaint

    **** ***** has been provided with a sketch and we are moving forward with replacement of the stone with her permission. 

    In the course of this matter, my father passed away and she was made aware of this. It was not our intent at all to put her off as she has mentioned. I apologized for the delay.


    Mrs. I get approved the sketch drawing and it has been submitted to our etcher to be produced. We should have a schedule of when she we will be coming to finish the stone for us and as soon as we have that, this week, I will be letting her know. 

    It very important for us to get this righted for her and her family so that she can have the proper closure to this matter that she needs.
