    We contacted Powerwash Bros to Powerwash our soffit and facia prior to having new gutters installed. We filled out a form on May 21 and heard nothing, then followed up on the 23rd and receptionist from before offered to schedule for the next day between 3:10pm & 6:10pm for a whole house wash. On May 24th, the following day, I received three phone calls between 11:38 and 11:44 AM with no voicemail from a different number. I promptly called back at 11:54 AM and spoke to Mitch. He said he had a cancellation and could come out now or would have to reschedule. Because of the gutter installation the following Friday, May 31, I agreed to meet him to do the job. We discussed what needed to be done and I asked that he focus on the soffit and fascia, he said he would rather do this after they take the old gutters off and I explained that the company we hired would do the job in approximately 5 hours and that would be too troublesome to schedule, which he agreed. He said he would charge a minimum of $200 because he travelled from Morgantown and he would not be able to guarantee that they’d look perfect, but he would do his best. Approximately 30 minutes later, he said he was done, he did not do a walk through with me, I went alone and told him I wasn’t satisfied. I pointed out several places where the soffit still had debris on it and he stated that he did the best he could, and that it would dry looking nicer. I asked him why it only took him 30 minutes with the soaking of the soap on the exterior and he said it only takes ten minutes to soak, he’s very good at his job and he’s been doing it for ten years and could reach 4 stories with his washer. I asked what was in his spray, it smelled like bleach he agreed and said he’d text me the ingredients, he didn’t. He stood on my porch until I paid him, I told him I would have to spray everything off again and he offered no help, called after giving time to dry and nothing improved. Finally heard back on day of gutter install.
