My son was sold overpriced orthotics that was not needed. We took him to see a podiatrist and he has tibial dysfunction. The orthotics sold to him were 3 different stages and it would not even begin to help him. Salesman said it would help his feet and fix his feet issues. They took advantage of a young man and sold him something that is now a waste.

My mother purchased the wellness package from the Good Feet Store in Morgantown WV on 8/14/24. She followed the directions explicitly and within 20 days had so much pain in her feet, legs, back, hips, and that she stopped. The insurance company refused to reimburse her for the cost and laughed saying the arch supports are a rip off. She was advised to stop.
When I entered the store to return the products, I was told there are no returns which is unacceptable.
Had I read reviews in advance, I would have never let my mother follow through with this costly useless purchase which has done more damage and no good.
