    Reservations made online to rent a batting cage and pitching machine at this facility. When reservations are made online you are charged the full price for the rentals. I had to make 3 changes to my reservation dates/time and was told by the cancellation notice I would be receiving a refund for those initial reservations. I finally made a reservation for March 10, 2024 and showed up at my scheduled time of 11:00am. There was no one working at the facility. There were two other patrons there using the facilities, but when I asked they said they had a regular subscription to use the facility and brought their own equipment. After 15 minutes of waiting for an employee to show up I emailed the owner at the email on their website. He answered me within a few minutes and said he was sorry no one was there to help me or arrange for me to get the equipment I needed. I waited a while longer and never got any confirmation if anyone would come to help me. I emailed the owner **** again and said I was leaving and that he could refund me. Then he answered and said his employee was sick that day. I found his his cell phone number in his email and text him to remind me that he owed me a refund. He said he would refund me. Now, over 2 weeks later I have yet to receive ANY refunds despite multiple calls and texts from my husband and I to remind him. Later researching more reviews I found other reviews were people had very similar experiences. Also through talking with other people in the community I learned of similar issues where whole teams were left without being able to receive the services they purchased and unable to get any refund.
