On 5/1, I emailed West Side Telecommunications a PDF containing the filled out paper ******** discount application and required information. This was to qualify for a $9.25 discount on my monthly phone bill. MIss Georgette G A**** emailed me back and said that somebody will email you in a week.

Well, on May 22th, I sent her a print screen showing that I was on ******** and she finally email me back and said that she needed a confirmation # from the ******** website. Back in February, I sent them a paper application and they sent it back and told me to go the the local Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) instead of telling me to go to the website. But I digress, I went to the website and gave it the require information and I sent a print screen of what Miss A**** wanted and email it to her. Come 5/31, received my bill no discount.

In June I email DHHR, hoping they can help me, but not dice. At the end of June, I received another bill without a discount so I email ************************* the support email, asking them to call Miss A**** to help her to get me the discount.

That didn't help either, so I complained in an email on 8/13, that since I was unemployed and on ********, that my company was paying the bill for me and that the telephone company was over charging my business. I got an email from her stating that she was on vacation until the 19th.

After 8/20 my certification of my ******** application expired. So I recertified and emailed the information that she need, so I can start the whole process all over again.

So I am coming to you to help me get the monthly discount and the $37 that the telephone company overcharging my business from May until August.

I received the complaint today and will give Mr. ******* the credit on his account.   I had an issue with the **** website and then it slipped through the cracks. I am sorry for the  inconvience  that this has caused.  The credit of 37.00 will appear on the next bill that will Mr. ******* will receive around October 1, and the monthly rate will be decreased by 9.25.

    Thank you

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I have reached out to this company multiple times, to try and upgrade my internet. No one will ever call me back, answer my questions, or even deal with the issue I currently have with internet service. This company is awful, and there should be more options for the people seeking internet. I believe this company is fraud and is taking advantage of it’s customers.

Also, there is no ***** ******* that works at this office.

The customer has not called in for a trouble ticket since 5/30/2022. Below is a timeline of what occurred
    from 2/26/24:

2/26/24 3:09 PM Customer called in wanting a higher internet speed. We set her at 20M/1M as
that is the highest speed she could get on *********

2/28/24 3:28 PM We switched her from ******** ** ****** so that she would be able to get
higher speeds. She was not home when the tech did this, so he left a note.

2/29/24 8:52 AM Customer upgraded to 25M/3M and received a new modem.
10:49 AM Dispatch set the speed and was waiting for customer to hook up modem
2:23 PM Dispatch called customer, unable to leave voicemail.

3/1/24 8:56 AM Dispatch checked the speed and tested atZ6M/3.6M, closed the ticket as
    not hear from customer.

The customer's issue was handled in a timely manner and was upgraded to the higher speed.

As far as the $87.00 dispute, I am not sure what this is about and do not see anything in reference to this
    amount on the account.
