    In July 2022, a contract was signed & deposit of 4000.00 was given by personal check. Sept.26 I was notified by Markey that he would be a week or 2 behind scheduled start date of Sept 27. But would keep me updated. I heard nothing more from him.Jan.2 2023 I text him saying I no longer wished for him to do project due to his timely work ethics & would like my deposit back. He agreed to do so, Jan.22 I text him again telling him to refund my money by Jan 25th 2023 or I would take legal action . On 1/25/23. He texted asking if I'd be home on Monday 1/28/23 my reply was no I was having surgery text back from him said Tuesday? At this point I did not respond knowing he was trying to buy time & I refuse to play that game since I told him previously to leave the refund with my daughter or her family since he is working there. I have not heard from Thomas Markey since. Would like to get my refund quickly so that I can get my project done.

    We hired this company to remodel two bath rooms last November. After long delays of no shows and leaving the place a mess we had to replace them. They did put something’s in place which were done wrong even according to the owner Thomas. They partly removed some of the mistakes leaving a mess. He agreed to pay us back the $9000 of monies paid him. I am almost 70 so for this guy to take advantage of us is even worse. After many attempts to get even partial payments we never saw a dime although he agreed to send it. We agreed to try to help him by allowing payments to us but he lied once again and sent no money. We will be getting an attorney if this attempt fails as this guy talks a good game. Please do not hire this guy for anything. I honestly do not want to hurt anyone but he leaves me no choice.
