    I had my car towed to this garage on January 2nd. I was told that. I called several times. I was told I need a battery for my vehicle then I was told it was the transmission. The owner knew I had surgery and didn’t have the funds at that time to get my vehicle fixed. Never told me of any storage fees or removing my vehicle from the garage without my permission and refusing to give my vehicle back unless I pay him $800 for storage($20 per day )I wasn’t ever told this nor were there signs posted. No contract was signed or agreed upon. He took my vehicle without my permission to his home in **** **** ********. He complains about my vehicle being at his home and wanting me to pay towing when this was not authorized to begin with. He’s has my car in a field at his home and a garage now it had field mice in it. He went through my personal property in my trunk and my car that had nothing to do with my battery or engine.
