      I have been a customer for 25 years, but have not been getting the service I have been paying for, they did not pick up my trash last week & when I called to receive credit for them not doing their job was told they are not issuing credit, Requested a call from manager & have yet to hear from anyone. Tuesday is my pick up day and again this week they have not picked up. I am paying for a service if you are not going to do the job I am paying for I should receive credit for that week this is ridiculous! I understand the weather has been bad & in prior years they would bring a pick up instead of dump truck but was told they don’t have anyone to do this any longer. This company is lacking on their job, customer service. I expect a credit for last week & to pick up trash for last 2 weeks.

      Due to the weather conditions, we were unable to get down **** ******* road, she did call in and complain about her trash not getting picked up. We did explain to her that out big trucks are not like a regular vehicle and we're very sorry but we're unable to make it down her road.  She kept saying that their trucks (four-wheel drive, her words) and cars are able to make, we should be able to. It was explained that our trucks are 25 tons and if it starts sliding it's not going to stop.  She wasn't happy with the answer.  When she called back the second week, very unhappy and yelling about her trash not getting picked up again the GM did send the truck back and told the driver to at least try, our driver told him he'd have to call a tow truck to get him out.  But the driver went back anyways, and her trash was picked up.  It was very late in the day when it was.
