    This business does not own up to when they make mistakes. They damaged a part on my vehicle to change the oil and tried to claim that the person who was trying to change it this time messed it up. I know that the new person did not mess it up because I was watching them and they said that the part was rounded off even before they tried to take it off and was not able to do so. Hancock tightened it too tight and rounded the edges and would t take blame nor replace it for free when it was their fault.

    Their Service Department and so called Technicians are a JOKE, to put it nicely!!! They should NOT be permitted to work on ANY vehicle. This dealership should ONLY be permitted to sell vehicles.
    My Jeep has been there numerous times within this past two years. To make matters worse, they told me that everything was fixed each time, but each time I got it back it was either a different issue or something related to what they fixed would go bad. The last time I picked it up we had horrible issues with the vehicle vibrating while driving it. To make this short, what they claimed to be the issue that needed fixed was NEVER fixed properly. Now that my warranty expired I'm now paying another dealership to fix their screw-ups.
    I will be contacting Jeep and the warranty company once my vehicle is back from the other dealership with what they had to do. Once I have that documentation I will be contacting Jeep and the warranty company and will be filing a claim and will report to Jeep that this dealership should NOT be servicing vehicles and that they need to keep a close eye on their lack of Service Technicians.

    We purchased our Jeep at their dealership in in April 2016 and never had an issue with the service department until August when we wanted to get a recall fixed for catalyst emissions.It took 3 tries to get in because they said they would call right back and didn't.Finally on Tuesday September 6 my husband dropped it off and picked it up after work and it sounded like a weed eater when he was coming up the street.It did not sound like that when it was taken there.All we wanted was our recall fixed and when he took it back they said it did sound like that.We know it didn't and my neighbors noticed how loud it was immediately.You shouldn't treat customers like they were towards my husband.A recall that was supposed to be free ended up a nightmare and they just sent us on our way.Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.We will not be back and next vehicle we purchase will be elsewhere.
