    The owner (Andrew C*****) was referred to me by a real estate agent to assist in an estate sale for my aged mother. The estate sale was completed and after fees and commission the estate was to be paid $500 (per Andew's email). That seems low given the amount of items but the issue is non payment. The sale was held in April of 2023 and Andrew used multiple excuses why he could not pay. Death in the family, used western union and check got lost in the mail, he 'got sick,' and checks in the mail... After multiple attempts to get paid he has stopped replying altogether. I let the real estate agents know and not to recommend him to anyone going forward. I will also leave feedback on his social media sites (** *** ****), have contacted a lawyer and will place liens on whatever I can. It is not a lot of money but it is the point of the matter and general bad business behavior.
