    This is the biggest ripoff ever. They were to be at my house on Oct 2, 2024 between 7 and 8.After several phone calls they showed up at 10:30am. There were 2 guys that moved SLOW. They didn’t have any appliances to move and the heaviest piece of furniture was a bed that was already taken apart. Finally I called the owner and he drove to my house to see how they were doing and he said they were doing exactly what he had thought them . Well to make a long story short at 10:00pm my daughter went out and told them just to put wver in the garage and stop. We even helped carry stuff into the garage just to get them out of the neighborhood. We had people complaining and they had every right to complain.
    They broke the front door but they said we did that the door had been pushed back to far that they had not done it. Well they did do it. After we got everything in the condo we are missing a nightstand, a leg was broken off a love seat.
    I want my door fixed, nightstand replaced and leg replaced on the love seat and a refund for over charging. Sure he has thought him guys to wrap and cover everything just so he gets more money. I have talked to people who have worked as movers and they said it shouldn’t have taken more than 4 hours, I paid for 11.5 hours the total was $3258.70 . I want a refund and enough to cover what I have lost and the damage done. I feel he owes me $ 1500. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The movers also took 2 Thirty minutes breaks that we know of and they took an hour break between loading and unloading. They moved me about five miles so I have really been taken advantage of.
