    Active fitness has a gym at the end of my street my son joined the gym when he was a minor with my credit card. Over the last 16 months my son has attempted to cancel his membership monthly finally 6 months ago I began calling to have it canceled. Each time I’m told there will be no more chargers but every month I’m charged again. I asked if he had signed some contract or something and they told me he hadn’t and that it would be taken care of.

    We are sorry to hear about this issue. The person who submitted this complaint is not in our system, so it took a while to understand. This is actually a parent who signed their child up as the member, and the member's name wasn't included in the complaint. We have called the phone number included and have left voicemails. We also have reached out to BBB to make sure we are doing our part to resolve the issue. We will attempt to contact the complainant in order to address their concerns.
