    Took my car for new tires. This is a business that advertises they sell tires. They ended up taking my car from the premises without my prior knowledge or consent (why did they need to take it to another location?) I get a.call asking where tire key is (idk check spare tire) once the job is complete and I get it back and leave, I call to ask where the tire key is in case I need it in the future only to be told they tossed it and the locking lug nuts because they were rounded off and had to HAMMER them off. This is a new car that has t had any of the tires off ever so if the lug nuts were rounded, it was something THEY did. I'm not happy about losing my locking lug nuts and they didn't even offer to replace them ($50+).
