    I was absolutely appalled by the conditions of the room. My light did not work, there was pizza stuck to the mirror, the bed was not fully made to standard, there were rings around the tub, the toilet had urine on it, the toilet also continuously ran nonstop, and the worst of all there was blood on my shower towel. When I brought these concerns to the front desk staff she inspected the room and she too was mortified. She contacted her boss who simply brushed off the serious complaints while denying any refund. She advised me that I was the third customer this morning who made a complaint about their room conditions. Eventually the manager refunded back $20, however the cost of the room was $140. When voicing my concerns to the manager he was unprofessional, inhospitable and extremely demeaning. He would not even give me enough respect to look at me in my face while I was talking to him. I even brought to his attention that his front desk staff had inspected the room and also agreed that a full refund was in order. However, he insisted that I only be provided $20 for compensation. I feel that I was discriminated due to my gender and not taken seriously with my complaints. I also feel that this business is taking advantage of customers by false advertising and committing fraud.
