    This is a storage rental company. I moved my stuff out August 1st. I notified them August 20th that I was no longer needing there services. I received an email from Rhino with an invoice for September. I called and a manger said to ignore it and that they received my message and not to worry about it. I then received a text that I was going to be charged a late fee for September's payment. I called again. Talked to the same manager she said dont worry about it she will take care of it. I am now getting emails for my payment and have called 5 times and left messages but they will not return my call. I received another email stating that the lock was still on the unit and can I remove it. I said yes. I went to remove it and I am denied access through the gate due to non payment and no one will return my call. They want me to pay a bill I tried to resolve before September. They will not return my calls and their messages clearly say they will get back to you within 24hrs. I ha e called for 2 weeks and can't get anything resolved. I believe I shouldn't have to pay for September seeing I have tried and tried to find out what I needed to do and now I can't do what I need to do unless I pay for September.
