    Towards the end of November, I had taken my car for all four brakes(rotors+pads) to be done and paid around $746 for it. Between then and today, I have brought my car back 5 times because the brakes were sticking, the pads were rubbing, and they damaged my valve stems causing my tire to constantly lose air. I have made multiple trips to Columbus since they originally attempted to service my vehicle, but I took my car to ***** Columbus on January 6th because my brakes were sticking causing my motor and transmission to shudder. They confirmed at ***** Columbus that the brakes are the likely cause and that I need to bring it back to original shop who did it. When I brought my car back on the 15th to have them look at it, their mechanic admitted in front of my girlfriend and I that he never even did my front brakes to begin with. Never serviced or touched them. So they “warrantied” another brake job and did all four over again for free. After we left, brakes were acting up down the street but they were closing so we came back the next day the 16th. Next day, the manager brought me into the shop so I could watch them. They never used a torque wrench(though they claim to use them) over torqued my lug nuts with an impact wrench in front of the manager and I, one of the mechanics literally took a screwdriver and repeatedly broke off parts of my rotor shield in front of the manager and I, and all around manhandled my car in front of the manager and I. Manager agreed it wasn’t right and that it was ridiculous. So ridiculous that they sent home the original mechanic who touched my car because he was throwing a fit. He KNEW I would be back the next day. Which I was. They messed up my anti rattle clips which were scraping against my rotors confirmed by their mechanic. Fast forward to today Jan. 22nd I was back to discuss all the damage they have caused to my car because of their negligence and they kicked me out and threatened to call the police. I have 2 recordings of it all.

    BRAKE PAD AND OR BRAKE ROTOR REPLACMENT DOES NOT CAUSE TRANSMISSION ISSUES OR TRANSMISSION DAMAGE. Customer was ordered from Our waiting area do to conduct toward  staff and waiting customer's .He did leave on his own Just before Police was Called But will not under any circumstances be allowed back in our Store. This was a Management Decision for Staff Safety after Review of Cameras.
