      They would not see my youngest cat for emergency because she is the only one of all my cats that has been to their partner in vienna same business in all other aspects, appts etc...vienna was not open and the hospital told me the emergency no.in chlstn...they couldn't even believe they did that to me!!!!
      I have had numerous cats to both locations and just because she had not been in that physical building
      She's not a patient
      That's funny because her records are on file there because I told them to transfer all records to vca
      Unbelievable
      Especially in an emergency situation
      I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
      Good bye
