I took my dog to an open spot clinic where she had her annual vaccines and a heart worm test. Her test for heart worm was negative and I tried to get a written prescription before I left but the assured me that the place I fill the prescription with faxes over the form and they would fax back the form. I am low income and traveled an hour to go to the spot clinic so when I filled the prescription online with ******* the spot clinic refused to send the appropriate prescription. I called the spot clinic and was told I could only purchase the heart worm medication from them at their full price of what they charge. ******* charges $22 which is a lot cheaper. My dog is an emotional support animal and I feel I paid for the test and should be granted the prescription. The spot clinic told me I had to find another vet office that would fill the prescription.
