    We made a Reservation with this business on January 20, 2023 for a Two-Night Stay in a house/cabin and were not told by Warren, who is supposed to be a Host, that when the reservation was made, we were to choose which Currency to use, which we used our Bank Debit Card thinking it was good and came to find out that they charged us in United Kingdom Currency, which when we received our Receipt of $181.68, they Actually went into our Checking Account and Withdrew $225.25. My wife contacted Warren about this and HE told her HE had no idea about this that she needed to contact airbnb (The Company Warren uses) and when she contacted airbnb, they were the ones who made her aware of the money being charged in UNITED KINGDOM CURRENCY and Warren DELIBERATELY LIED TO MY WIFE, because when we Cancelled the Reservation, airbnb would not REFUND us, they SPECIFICALLY told us we had to contact WARREN to get the Refund and HE has DENIED ANY OF OUR MONIES BE RETURNED. HE claims it's because of the Cancellation Policy and we Cancelled TWO WEEKS OUT FROM OUR ARRIVAL DATE. He sent a message APPOLOGIZING FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THEY DON'T EVEN WANT TO REFUND HALF OF IT. My wife became ill and we cannot go but the FACT is, this so-called MAN WILLFULLY AND DELIBERATELY did this and ALSO Was going to do the VERY SAME THING FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE...I THINK HE AND ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. Who knows how many other people they have done this to...

    The guest agree to cancellation policy when they make reservation through A B & B its posted on there site A B & B handle all reservations.
