Chase Heating won a bid to install a heat pump in 2021. My husband was paralyzed from neck down from a stroke and a weatherzation program for disabled people paid to have a new heat pump put into my home. The heat pump had a life time warranty on parts. A one year warranty on labor. This company came out 1 to 2 times each summer after it was installed because the air conditioning would never work properly. I called again a few weeks ago and the owner came to my home and told me it was a breaker was knocked and that was all I needed was for him to set the breaker. It worked for couple days and then the air would blow but would not cool my home. Last summer I had my neighbor come look at it because he worked for Childers another company that did the same kind of work . He said that the company that installed the unit did not use the right wiring and also left the old unit under my home and that it was a hazard. I tried several times to get this man, the owner to take my call and he only answered when I used a number he didn't recognize. He said he was not responsible for the unit and that he couldn't take the old unit out because he would have to break my foundation to get it out. I don't understand if the unit went under my house why can it not come back out. My foundation wasn't broken when the first heat pump was installed. I need air because my grand daughter who is 14 months old and her mother lives with me. Her mom is carrying twins and my home gets so hot upstairs where her and my granddaughter sleep. If you can help me I would be so thankful. I have tried to be nice to this man and his response to me was get someone else to fix it. Thank you for any help.
