      Link to booking: *********************************** ********* *******  When we arrived, the cabin was not as advertised on their website. The cabin was a duplex with a shared wall. The furniture in the cabin was stained and is different than what was pictured on the site. The master bedroom has long cracks along the ceiling and walls where the paint was chipping off. The main AC unit in the bedroom was broken and had an 'out of order' sign taped to it. A second AC window unit was added to the bedroom in place of repairing the primary one. The wifi would connect, but had no internet service. After calling the host, Anna ***********, she came to the cabin to try to address our concerns. Upon arrival, she said she was going to take pictures to document our complaints, but started recording us instead without our consent (we said pictures were fine). While recording, she acted in a very unprofessional and inflammatory manner that made us immediately want to leave. She offered to move us to another cabin, but we did not feel comfortable staying on the property after this interaction. We asked for a refund but she refused. I have attached an email that Anna sent after we left where she details our interaction. Some of the information she provides conflicts with the video she took of our conversation. She intentionally misquotes our conversation several times, and added false items in her list (items 6, 8, and 9). In the email she also makes excuses for the nonfunctional facilities saying we can open a window rather than use the AC unit, or that one window unit can cool the entire cabin. The site photos are posed to purposefully omit the damage, and do not reflect the current state of the cabin. Upon reviewing the website listing, it can be concluded that the website is intentionally misleading, and omits vital information such as floor plans, broken equipment, and photos that accurately depict the cabin. We feel that the most fair resolution would be a refund.
