    Had a new Roof applied to my home in Oct 2016. With a 25 year warranty. Warranty on contract was Shingles, Parts and Labor. Within a few months a piece is aluminum came off due to wind. They put it back ( they purchased this aluminum and installed it). About 2 years later this piece came off again. They replaced it again. Then in March 2023 wind took of many Shingles. Needing replaced asap, I had to get another contractor to replace about 3 packets of Shingles. At first Larry B*** ( Then was ******* *******, now Roof Doctor. He and his sons parted ways and he opened as Roof Doctor. He and his son split past jobs as to who was maintaining warrantees.) The Shingle Co required some removed shingles and found it was an install error. While Larry agreed and said would pay… took almost 1 year to get him to pay. But.. he did. Then March 2024 the same piece of aluminum came off again!!! Larry now says it is not covered by Warrantee. Even tho it’s not only a part they purchased and installed… reinstalled, then AGAIN reinstalled… nows says not. And told me… he would come… but he has moved and it too far to send someone. I feel… warrantee for 25 years means just that. AND.. if they would have installed properly… it would not have come off 3 times!!! Since this aluminum is now destroyed, seems him moving is not a reason not to honor the Warrantee… of which the last 3 times… is was under Warrantee and he repair it, but now will not. I want this aluminum replaced and installed CORRECTLY!!! A d if not… should NOT be saying he has a BBB rating of 5 Stars. Seems BBB would remove that since will not honor warrantee. And this listed on his BBB Report
