    1. I order a two round bouquet of flowers, not the one that lays in your hand picked up 10/26/24
    2. Some flowers were dead and some of the foliage was dried up although they were in water
    3. Called the business with my complaint - two of the ladies just wanted to argue one being the lady Ann that took the order and the owner's sister who did not want to provide her name so I could address her appropriately.
    4. This flower arrangement was unacceptable I had to take both arrangement apart and I still could not get these to look like a rounded bouquet of flower. All that viewed said these look like funeral arrangement flower and not suitable for a College graduations. Which was noted when order was placed that it was for a College graduation.
    5. The business did not try to resolve the issues instead just wanted to argue which was very unprofessional and not business like. I just had to hand up...At this point I will like a full refund since they were not willing to work out this issue with this customer.

    I have attached of the original order showing the information for the original orders. *** ****** requested to presentation bouquets for *** *********** Ann took this order, and did ask if she wanted hand tied bouquets similar to a bridal bouquet and she stated she wanted presentation style bouquets. This was the only dealing we had with *** ******, Ann stated that when ******* came she was talking about how beautiful the bouquets were and had Ann hold them so she could get pictures to send to someone.  ******* loved the bouquets and we even did them in the University colors as the original attached shows. When *** ****** called us, we were surprised and tried to explain to her that the flowers that we prepared were presentation style bouquets and in the color scheme she had asked for. She first talked to ****** and would not let her explain that this is the style of work that is done in our area. When she would not accept this answer, Ann started talking to her and *** ****** got very aggressive even telling my employee that "she must be out of her mind"!  When Ann hung up, *** ****** called back I took the call and tried to be polite but the conversation had escalated to the point that she was not reasonable and made some threats towards the shop. I do not have pictures of these bouquets, but ******* does have pictures on her phone of the bouquets we made. I do not even know how long she had the flowers prior to taking this picture. We have another graduation today for ******* ********** so I am attaching a copy of the style of presentation bouquet we made for this graduate. The style is the same only the flowers are different and colors are different. This is definitely nothing similar to funeral work. I feel that we did her 2 lovely presentation bouquets and she definitely got her full monetary value.  I do not feel that a refund is justified in this situation.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



    Ann did not explain nor did she advise me of the different styles and/or the different variations of the bouquets that they offered.  I ask for two round bouquets incorporating the blue, yellow and white.  The questions that were submitted in this rebuttal are incorrect and not truthful at all.  The person that picked up the bouquets was just that the pick-up person as I didn’t arrive until after close.  Her opinion did not matter to me because ******* was not the one who made the purchase. When I called to express my disappointment with the presentation of these bouquets, I was addressed with hostility immediately.  I spoke to 3 different ladies who all but one weren't too nasty with me.  Upon speaking with her I asked for the manager to whom she then turned it over to the manager's sister who would not provide her name as I asked so I could address her appropriately.  They were so argumentative that I abruptly ended the call and decided to file a complaint.  I did not address any of them aggressively. They did not like that I wasn’t pleased with the arrangements and was extremely offensive and argumentative to my dispute, my complaint, of these arrangements.  I never told anyone that they were out of their mind, nor did I make any threats.  They are being very untruthful, of what took place.  I did tell them that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB in which I did.  I didn’t get a good picture of the bouquets but what I submitted was an unacceptable arrangement that had dead and broken flowers and stems, which were taken immediately after I received them around 5pm.  This picture attached is nothing to what I received at all.  If they had not addressed me in a nasty aggressive way I would have just cut my losses and just never used their services again.  The picture attached is nothing compared to what I received that day.  They were not lovely. This arrangement was awful in my opinion.  I could have bought a better arrangement at the grocery store that are usually premade, for less money.

    I’m sorry Ms. ****** does not agree with what I have stated. She was advised by Ann on what was available in our area. The flowers were of quality and made very pretty. They were not picked up at our shop until almost 5:30pm on the date stated. All Ms. ****** sent pictures of were 2 stems of flowers not the bouquets that she received. As of the BBB this issue was resolved when Ms. ****** did not respond in a timely manner. Ms.****** received 2 arm bouquets that she and Ann discussed in depth. If Ms ****** had something that she preferred to her area of designers, she should have brought them into town with her.  I feel we have done everything to the best of our ability to fulfill her order
