I was referred to Foot and Ankle Clinic of the Virginias from Workers Comp because I broke my toe at work. At me first visit I explained it was Workers Comp and provided all the details and claim number. The following month I received a bill for the services because they set up up as a "Self Pay" so on my second visit I explained the billing was wrong and provided the claim information again. The month after that I received a new bill with a new balance and including a past due balance. On my third and final visit I I explained the billing was wrong and provided the claim information again. The employee told me that she did not know how to fix it, I offered to wait while she got assistance but she assured me that was not needed and she would get it taken care of. The following month I received a bill for a new balance which included the 2 previous bills. I then called the number on the bill and explained the billing was wrong and provided the claim information again. This time I asked the rep to note my account, that rep did note the account I was able to verify the note was on my account with all the details the following month when I received another bill. This brings us to a new bill today, I called the number on the bill and explained the billing was wrong and the rep stopped me to read the notes on the account then verified all information was in the notes and transferred me to another department to correct the bill. As of this this moment I have been on hold for 32 minutes with this other department, it has been just dead air for 20 minutes. I am obviously getting nowhere with this.
