    I entered into a contract on July 6th with Mr. ***** This contract states that he would refinish my floors for 1500 with 900 paid already. The work was verbally agreed upon as well as messaged that it would occur on July 7th, 8th, and 9th while I was at work. When completing the contract on the 6th I gave Mr. **** a total of 500 which he said would not be enough to get the necessary supplies so I gave him 400 more dollars. He did not arrive until 1pm on Friday and I am unsure of what time he left as he unplugged the internet router which is how my door cameras work. He only completed half a room and my steps while there and did not return on Saturday or Sunday. The job he did do was not done well. The contract stated to sand and stain my floors he did neither just polyurethane on top of various bad spots on my floors. He did state he was not done yet however he was done with the spots he used the polyurethane on. After him not returning the next two days I requested my money back and stated he could keep 200 for the work completed. He then continued to ignore my messages or state he was busy in some fashion. He also accused me of slandering him when I never attached his name to anything publicly that I said as I did make a ******** post. He noted to me that his llc was tri county services llc which does not exist in wv leading me to believe he did not find one. Upon exploration I realized he ommited a word from his LLC. He previously had a business Facebook page which is now gone as well. I have attached all documents related to this situation as it is also important to note he was arrested for grand larceny in May. If any more documentation is needed please reach out to me.
