  I had my 4th child in September. I got a call from a medical group in February trying to collect debt I owed. I had medical card at the time of birth. The bill and business was so shady. I contacted the health plan and we honestly thought it was fraud. They have to wrong name, wrong address, wrong date of birth. I’ve had to deal with this company since February and still having issues, they say I owe $1400. That’s an issue in of it’s self, but the entire issue was created because someone at Thomas didn’t do their job. Someone reported my son’s name as his first and middle instead of first and last. They listed an old address that hadn’t been used in that hospital for 5 years and also gave the wrong birth date to this medical group. They couldn’t bill medical card because the info didn’t match up. I’ve had months and months of endless calls, text, mail, and email trying to get this mess cleared up that Thomas caused. How can you mess up that info when you go in to have a C-section and you have to verify your info 500 times before the procedure begins. The hospital is costing me a lot of money and a lot of grief

  there is this old man who sits at the front for “security”. He is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered and he sits at the front door eating his mc Donald’s getting it all over his hands and it’s absolutely disgusting. He is super unfriendly a patient came through the emergency services and had their grandson with them he told him that he had to walk all the way around the building and he doesn’t care what their situation is - disgusting working in health care. I’ll be sticking to CAMC from now on.
