    In December of 2020 I was gifted a gift certificate towards lip injections with the owners wife. It had a year to be used. The first time I called to book an appointment I was told they were getting a divorce, she no longer worked there, and they didn’t have an injector. Every time I called or went in after this I was told the same thing - still no injector. Fast forward a year I was told by the owners mother Pat ********* on December 2, 2021 that my gift certificate would be granted even after the year date and she took my name & number so I could be “the first to be contacted once they got an injector.” It is literally now 2024 and I have called and been in MULTIPLE times trying to get an appointment - my info is always taken and I’m never contacted nor have I ever been able to get any type of service done. I’ve even asked if I could use it towards the weight loss stuff instead of injections because I go there for that and I’ve been told no. At one point I was in contact with Tonia ***** who was an injector there and by the time we started to set up an appointment because she was trying to find out about my previous gift certificate she no longer worked there. At this point I just want a refund. This is so ridiculous and unprofessional.

    This patient has already been scheduled for treatment, which she canceled due to sickness. She was then rescheduled and has an appointment scheduled for Thursday, January 25, 2024.
