    I took my vehicle to have the windows tinted in it. I specifically told the how to do the sun strip the way I wanted. They had no issue with it upon explaining. When I picked up the vehicle the Sun strip was not completed the way I asked for it to be done. Also it wasn’t even straight. One side goes down further than the other. My backseat windows had dirt under the tint where they didn’t bother to clean the window. Another window isn’t even cut to the complete window, allowing light in because it doesn’t fully cover the window. I showed the man this before leaving with my vehicle. He basically shrugged his shoulders. Said he didn’t have time to fix it and walked by inside the building. Did not even try to fix or help with the issue. It’s really hard to see in pictures. It wouldn’t let me upload a video that better shows what I’m talking about but I would be happy to provide it. Again I showed them prior to leaving with my vehicle. The man did not care.

    First, I would like to apologize for the service you received at out establishment. We strive to meet all of our customer's needs, but sometimes we fall short. The sunstrip issue I will take full blame on as I forgot to add the notes about the size you asked for. I assure you we clean and prep every window before we apply the film to it. That does not mean that contaminates still won't make their way to the film. We try for the perfect tint job but unfortunately there is no such thing. We computer cut all our films and cannot guarantee perfect fit. I can use the same pattern on 3 different jeeps with a different outcome every time, as the manufacturing of each vehicle is different from one to another. (Gaskets and rubber trim). What took place in the parking lot I cannot comment on because I was not present. and I don't want to get caught in a he said she said conversation. It should have never ended that way. The vehicle should have been brought back in and fixed. I would like to make this right and have a couple of options for you. Bring the vehicle at your convenience and I personally will make it right. Or we can strip the film and offer you a full refund. Please contact us with what you would like to do. Ask for Craig.
