    The review by ******* resonated with me. The pricing may be industry standard but it is not transparent or fair. With that said, my experience is as follows:
    * 2 men, 6 hours, 40% mark up on items, 1 new toilet installed, 1 bath faucet and handles installed
    $1,534.54
    They did not run into any problems and the handles were uneven and loose. They would not return to check/fix without charging me again

    We replaced your shower valve, not just handles on your shower. Price one from any supply house. You were given a very fair price and you agreed to pay it. When you called back and asked questions, we were happy to assist you with those. You were told numerous times over the phone that we would come back out for FREE to address your concerns. You refused to have us back out, again for FREE, to make any adjustments. We can't help if you wouldn't let us.

    I wish I could leave 0 stars. They came to my house and cleared a clog, but it didn't help the problem. So they went and got their camera and ran it down the pipe and said they couldn't see anything and then charged me over 800 dollars for the visit and then quoted me over $5000 to replace the sewer line and left. I then had someone else to come out and look at my issue. They found the problem in 10 minutes and fixed it immediately for under $200. Beware of this company, I am a single mother who has no knowledge of plumbing and Webb Plumbing took advantage of that.

    Thank you for your feedback. However, we don't understand where we went wrong. You should feel comfortable with calling us with any concerns instead of posting online first. We are a family owned business and put a lot of pride in helping our community. We have never been unfair with our pricing. After reviewing your service order, it appears we did find a significant issue in your sewer line. We used an eel (at no charge) and had trouble busting through all of the debris. Then we ran a camera to find the cause. We pulled back roots; among other things. Roots are always a sign of a cracked or busted pipe. It was more than fair to quote a line replacement instead of just a quick fix. If you have any questions about your quote, you can call or email us through our website anytime. We will be happy to assist you.
