    Called this business to fix my air unit. It took three visits and roughly 2000.00 and he still did not know what the issue was or how to solve. His diagnosis on the last visit was that the unit was too big for the house. Just be honest and say I don't have experience on this type of air units and I would have reached out to someone else.

    Replying to customer complaint Almost 2 months after service on a system that was not installed by my company spent hours with a laptop hooked up to a system with tech support online to diagnose customers said issue of high humidity in house, 1st visit was a simple check what was going on and explained to customer not know who had been working on system. Mitsubishi tech support recommended recovery of refrigerant and recharge per system lengths of freon line etc. unable to do this on first trip, so performed second trip had been in communication with husband the whole time. 3rd visit was retuning with laptop to connect to system to determine exactly what was going on and thats when myself and tech support realized the 3 1/2 system was to large for the size of the home when I left the system had removed the humidity from64% down to 52% and was 70 degrees. Also exple=ained to husband they were not in my service area aprox. 75 minutes away.
