This dealership is grossly overcharging for auto parts. When trying to order online the transaction would not complete forcing me to order by phone. I took a screenshot of my cart to order the parts by part numbers. I was told I could not make a payment over the phone but via text link. After placing my order I received the link without a copy of the invoice. Therefore , I was unable to verify if the amount of parts was correct. It took a long time to recieve the parts when I did parts were missing and I had to call to have the missing parts sent. They came over a week later and still were incorrect with a part missing. I referred back to my screenshot to see what I thought my order was placed for and the cart price two weeks later was 35 dollars less . Leading me to believe I was overcharged for the parts by 35 dollars. After many attempts to get a resolution over the phone I asked to speak to the supervisor. During this conversation I was trying to resolve the issue at which time I was hung up by the supervisor mid sentence.

My car would not start. A friend of mine tried to help me get it started without using the push start and used the key to try to start it manually which did not work. I took had my car towed there for service as it would not start and let them know that it wouldn't start, someone tried to get it to start manually and that didn't work either. They proceeded to work on the ignition as it needed attention due to the attempt to start the car manually. They told me it would be $900 to fix it so i said go ahead and order the part and proceed to fix it. They called me back 2 days later and said they needed another part to fix the ignition and it would be another $900. I was not happy but i needed my car so i gave the okay to go ahead and order the additional part. They called back a 3rd time saying the additional part did not fix the issue and they believe it may be the starter and asked for an additional $752 for a starter. I refused to pay that much and asked them what else i could do as they should have checked the starter to begin with since the main issue was that the car wouldn't start. They told me to go purchase the starter myself and they would charge $200 for labor. I purchased the starter for $174 at **** **** and after Moses installed the new starter, the car started. I feel like they ripped me off for $1800 when they should have checked the starter to begin with. I don't have that kind of money to give to a business that does others the same way to profit. Someone needs to investigate their service department to ensure the mechanics are certified to troubleshoot and resolve, not just go off what they think might be the issue and charge me an arm and a leg to fix my car. Id anything can be done i would appreciate it as they need to be stopped.
