May 2024 I had my truck delivered to Baileys tire and muffler and had the truck worked on. I do not know what all was done as I have not been provided with a receipt but have paid $856.00 for the whatever they fixed. He couldn't pull up the paperwork or provided a itemized print out of what was done. I paid anyway. November 2024 the vehicle done the same thing so I had it towed to Baileys on 12/6/2024. I have called and went to the shop about every day and it is still not fixed as of 12/26/2024. Every time I call he says tomorrow or says an excuse of many he has had. He told me that the vehicle problem would be warranty out bc it was the same issue as before that they had fixed. Today on 12/26/2024 my son's father went to the shop and they told him that we would have to pay labor which I wasn't told that. He said he would take care of it. The truck has been there for weeks and I am without a vehicle to drive. I want the vehicle fixed as he stated, an itemized printout of the things fixed in May and him to "take care of it" as he stated to me when I called 12/9/2024

The Ford Ranger in question was towed to the garage and the customer was informed that we would work on it .  We take customers on first come basis.

We had to pull the driveshaft. transfer case and transmission in order to replace the slave cylinder.  The truck left working as should.

The truck was towed in at a later date with complaint the slave cylinder for the clutch was not working again.  We pulled the drive shaft. transfer case and transmission again,  this time the clutch, pressure plate and flywheel was all badly burned.  (been hot from slipping)    We replaced these parts and it was the customers responsibility to repair.   WE installed the parts and it was not covered by warranty do to slipping the clutch.   The slave cylinder was working fine.
