    I went to the Bella nail bar after seeing an ad on their ******** page for 30$ lash extensions. I booked the appointment and paid a 15$ fee to hold my spot. When I got to the business she informed me that they were not extensions, they were lash clusters which would only last 5-7 days. I informed her I wanted something that would last longer. She showed me prices and I chose the 150$ lash extensions wnd told me they would last 3-4 weeks and 60$ brow henna tint. I got my eyelashes done and the entire time Bella kept getting glue in my eye. I felt okay leaving them on and proceeded to pay and went home. A few hours later I had a couple fall out which was fine because I understand some may have not been glued down all the way since my eyes were watering from getting glue in them. Everyday since then I have lost 10-15 lashes. I left the salon on Tuesday April 8th and today is Sunday April 13th. After taking a closer look my eyelashes are falling out because they are glued onto my eyelid, not my eyelash like they’re supposed to be. I sent Bella pictures and she offered to redo them to which I refused because of the risk of damaging my eyelash hair follicles. She then offered me a 50$ gift card and for her to redo them again to which I declined again. After explaining that I absolutely want nothing to do with her salon again after this experience she offered me a 50% refund to which again I declined because my eyelashes are not done correctly, that is not my fault. I don’t feel safe with glue being put into my eye again and for lashes to be glued onto my eyelids when they’re supposed to be on each individual lash. She stopped replying to me. I just want a refund for my lashes. She did a great job on my eyebrows and I think they look good however she did not do my eyelashes correctly. I even sent her pictures and offered to send her more if she needed them. She never replied to me

    Problem had already taken care off. The customer refused to come back to get them fix and we refunded her the full amount.
