    I contacted Rob M****** the owner of this company directly on 02/06/2025 to have some trees removed via text message. I texted him a picture of the area and noted the big tree was my main concern that needed to come down. He came in person and quoted me $2400.00 to remove the big tree as well as some other trees. He came and removed all of the trees except the main big one that I sent in text to him on 02/27/2025. He had a worker with him that appeared to be a teenager named Brattin. On 02/28/2025 I texted him and told him the main tree was not cut down and sent him a picture of it still standing. He acknowledged it and said he would take care of it. I have sent 9 texts since trying to get him to come and cut down what I have already paid for. He was responding at first promising he would do it and he has not responded to the last three i sent on 04/02/2025 (in which it shows he read it), 04/07/2025 and 04/10/2025 (he has not opened/read those texts). I just want the tree I already paid for cut down ASAP before it falls on my house.

    On 11/01/2023 Robert ******* from Gatewood Storm Solutions was replacing utility poles in my neighborhood. No notice was given to the property owner that this schedule maintenance was to occur. He attempts two locked doors before removing a panel of our fence to drive his equipment through although the pole does not sit within our fence. He refused to provide us with credentials besides his name. He refused to tell us what utility he was contracted through so that we could contact them regarding the significant damage left within our yard that he refused to repair.
