    I brought my 15 year-old daughter here to get her nails and toes done for her dance. Her nails are completely chopped off, uneven and the ends are not even polished. I told the woman at the front desk That my daughter’s nails were unacceptable and I would like them fixed. She stated that was what my daughter asked for, and after I told her I have been sitting here the whole time she did not ask for that, she then stated that conversation occurred when I walked out. I never left.

    $60 later, they refused to fix their mistakes and clearly aren’t embarrassed to have people walk around with nails like this. We did not get her toes done, and will NEVER be back. I understand that sometimes things happen and don’t come out but one should make the effort to make things right, and this establishment refused. I feel very taken advantage of.

    yes she coming with her daughter never say a words, till her daughter get her nails done the way her daughter want it . The mother pay for the nails left the store go home and come back tell me that she don’t like the nails it’s too short and I told her that what her daughter ask for . She told me that she don’t like it . I ask her how she want me to fix it now , she told me that she don’t known. And I say if you can’t tell me what she wants how I fix it. And I told her that I’m sorry if she don’t known what she want I can’t help . She told me that I will post me on ** .and the grandmother call back and complain and post me on ********. I will fix it for her if she come in the store and say in the nice way don’t go in and blame on us . If the mother in the shop at the whole time and pay for the service leave the shop and come back blame on us we didn’t ask her opinions about her daughter nails . She never tell us that we need to talk to her about anything. We tell the daughter everything that we need . The length the shape the color that she pick out the price before we work on her hand she say ok she didn’t tell her mom anything and her mom is there she heard the whole conversation she didn’t say a word . She pay and tips the person do the nails 

    that mean she happy with the service .she go home and change her mind come back want something else .

    i have cameras in my shop if I need to proved it for her that she leave and come back I will thanks

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    Hello,

    This establishment has changed the story of the details each time they rudely reply in order to somehow fit the narrative of what they are even trying to say.

    First, my daughter was sitting less than 5 feet infront of me, at which time, her friend went to sit with her at an unoccupied station and was witness to this entire transaction as well.

    My daughter did NOT ask for the nails she received. She instructed the tech the color and that she wanted “active length.” That is not what she received. She received chewed up nails that were uneven and unpolished in places.

    When she got up to leave she told me she was not getting her toes done there as we did ask for a pedicure as well. In the confusion of not understanding the issue, I paid and we left to get into the car. 

    The responder is absolutely incorrect stating I went home. She has cameras so she can see the time I left and returned which was under 5 minutes as I live in Ohio!!

    We went to the car, looked at the nails and I brought her and her friend back in. The owner was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to fix the nails. I told her the nails were uneven, unpolished and my daughter did not want to go to a dance looking like that. She refused to do anything and then lied stating she said they would fix but I didn’t know what I wanted fixed. 

    As a service industry, this business should not be allowed to operate in this manner because it’s blatantly taking advantage of people. My hope is that no one else is subjected to this kind of subpar treatment.
